The meeting of water is confluence of two river meet, The pale sandy water is of Amazon River and the dark water is from Rio Nigro River they both meet hear but the water of both rivers do not mix for about 6 km, This is main tourist attraction of Manaus.


Museu da Amazonia  :

   Musa da Amazonia is spread over more than 100 hectares, this Musa was built in 2009. This forest area was used as a study area for more than 50 years before Musa came into being this place was used to be a research center, scientist do experiment on plants and animals. While walking in the forest you will find orchid, lakes, Aquarium, Experimental snakes and frogs and especially a 42-meters high tower, from where you can see the whole forest area.


Port of Manaus  :

You may have seen many sea ports which are used for import export but the port of Manaus is special because this port is built on river Rio Nigro. This port is the main hub of all the transport of Upper Amazon basin. This port is wort to see whenever you travel Manus.


Palacio Rio Negro :

Palacio Rio Negro was built by German Entrepreneur Karl Waldemar Scholz. This palace was known as the Scholz Palace, Latter in 1918 the name changed to Palacio Rio Negro when this palace was purchased by governor of Brazilian State of Amazonas.
Now the owner of this palace is Brazilian State Government.
This an antique piece to see in Manaus.

Ponta Negre Beach :

The beach is located in the 13 km downtown on the bank of River Rio Negra  and it an Important landmark of Manaus, There are several shops, bars and hotels. This beach is totally urbanized. The beach is closed for car but it is opened for sports practices.
